"JJ Original"_™ Series

     After success with our Neptune® series, we decided to bring back some of our original series instruments we were known for in the 80's and 90's. During that time period, we made a line of instruments modeled exactly after vintage Danelectro guitars. By popular demand, we are now re-introducing some of these instruments and combining great vintage styling with some of the advancements taken from our Neptune® line.

     Key among these changes are the original body and headstock styling. While our Neptune® series of guitars has a more modern, angular shape, our JJ Original line has the more rounded traditional shape. The necks of the instruments in the "JJ Original line are also painted the same color as the bodies and the headstocks have our traditional "Jerry Jones Guitars" red triangle decal. The pickguards have traditional shapes including the curlique white pickguard used on the Shorthorn® "Jimmy Page" style guitars. Controls are similar to the Neptune line except for the use of a heavy duty bat handle switch on 2 pickup models. Elements borrowed from Neptune® line are: quality enclosed Gotoh® tuning keys, Fender® type string-through bridge, and our own "balanced-output" lipstick-tube pickups.  And as always...made in Nashville, TN  USA.
